MOFGA Movie: Hanna Ranch

The PMA and MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association) are collaborating again this fall to bring you the film Hanna Ranch. This feature documentary is about visionary cattleman Kirk Hanna and his personal struggle to protect a once-prominent way of life in Colorado. Born into life on the family ranch, Hanna became a leader in the environmental ranching movement that set out to protect the West from the relentless encroachment of development and misuse. The film will be followed by a Q & A with Karl Kister, one of the Executive Producers of the film.
